Senator Ellis requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS FOR                                   
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 242(FIN) be taken up. The bill was                                            
before the Senate on reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR                                        
HOUSE BILL NO. 242(FIN) "An Act relating to reemployment of                                         
and medical benefits for retired members of the teachers' retirement                                
system and public employees' retirement system; relating to the                                     
inclusion of cost-of-living differentials on compensation and benefits                              
under the public employees' retirement system; and providing for an                                 
effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following

clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred                             
to the Secretary for engrossment.
